Head Chef & Kitchen Operations Lead

Gather & Gather is recruiting a Chef Manager to lead the day-to-day food operation at GL20 8GA. The role involves delivering high-quality breakfast, lunch, hospitality and vending services, while managing a small team and ensuring excellent customer service.

You will oversee food delivery to around 40 covers in the restaurant and 20-35 lunch covers daily, with a focus on maintaining high standards, cost control and food safety within a compact kitchen environment.
