Salary: upto £44,000 per annum plus service charge andbonus

The Role:

We are seeking a reliable and talentedHead Chef to lead our kitchen team. You will be responsible formaintaining high culinary standards, and ensuring an unforgettable dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire our smallkitchen brigade.

  • Maintain exceptional food quality and presentation.

  • Ensure full compliance with food hygiene, health, and safety regulations.

  • Manage kitchen budgets, stock control, and supplier relationships.

  • Drive efficiency while upholding the highest culinary standards.

  • Proven experience as a Head Chef in a high-quality establishment.
