Job Responsibilities

• Lead, inspire, collaborate and support direct reports to deliver consistently exceptional standards.
• Build positive, credible and collaborative relationships and communication methods with clients and other key stakeholders in the business.
• Mentor, train, recognise and empower team members to develop.
• Create a culture of excellence and continually push the boundaries of brilliance through food standards and innovation.
• Achieve business critical KPIs including health and safety, sustainability, finance and governance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience working as a Head Chef in a similar location.
• Obsession for food and creating experiences.
• Experience managing, training and supporting a large team.
• Financially astute with analytical budgeting and commercial performance drive.
• Excellent coaching, delegation, influencing and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritise multiple projects in fast paced, multi faceted creative environment.
• Meticulous organisational skills, high attention to detail.
• Empathetic, clear, effective verbal and written communication.
• Solution oriented perspective adaptable to challenges.
• Excellent strategic thinking and critical reasoning.
