The Park View is a lively community pub & kitchen in Worthing, part of the Si Group family. We're known for our freshly prepared pub classics, wood-fired pizzas, seasonal specials, and a buzzing atmosphere with live music, quiz nights, and sports.
We're looking for a passionate and driven Head Chef to take the lead in our kitchen. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves casual dining, thrives on fresh, locally sourced food, and wants to play a big role in the growth of both the menu and the business.
What you'll be doing:- Running daily kitchen operations to high standards
- Contributing to our already successful menu and creating event menus and seasonal specials
- Leading and motivating the kitchen team
- Managing stock, GP, and kitchen controls
- Collaborating with management on events and promotions
- Building strong links with local suppliers
- Proven experience as Head Chef or strong Sous stepping up
- Passion for casual dining and community hospitality
- A natural leader with excellent communication skills
- Flexibility to work evenings & weekends on a rota basis
