What We're Looking For- Previous experience as a Head Chef or strong Sous Chef ready to step up
- Passion for fresh produce
- Strong leadership and kitchen management skills
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high standards
- Producedishes that balance comfort with finesse -modern interpretations that remain grounded in classic methods.
