- Ensure the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene.
- Lead, train, and inspire a dedicated team of kitchen staff.
- Manage stock control, ordering, and kitchen budgets effectively.
- Create seasonal menus that showcase fresh, local ingredients.
- Previous experience as Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a similar quality venue.
- A proven track record in menu design, implementation, planning, recruitment, and training.
- Strong leadership qualities.
- Experience with Procure Wizard beneficial but not essential.
- Ability to develop and motivate a team.
- Strong planning and organizational skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and high standards.
- Effective communication at all levels.
