We want someone who is excited by great food and loves to get into the details through experimenting with new flavours and techniques. An absolute knockout Leader with attention to detail to deliver exceptional food that will leave guests coming back for more.

We offer a standout package to which begins with a

• Up to £16.50 per hour (approx. £3,400 per month or £41,000)
• Super achievable bonus up to 20% of your basic (approx. £8,200)
• Shared Service charge that works out on average to £8,700
• Total Potential Package = £57,900 per year

You will be the heart of the leadership team in your kitchen where you will support the General Manager and your brigade to deliver fantastic food as well as developing your team to be the best they can be.
