This is more than a kitchen role - it's a leadership opportunity where you will shape operations, grow our range for Pettitt's Kitchen, and play a key role in driving sales and performance.

What You'll Be Doing

• Leading and motivating a high-performing food production team
• Overseeing smooth, efficient daily operations
• To assess how the work is organised and delegate accordingly
• To ensure adequate preparation and staff resourcing for busy periods
• Planning production to ensure all orders are completed ahead of time
• Managing supplier ordering and stock control
• Developing and expanding our product range
• Driving sales growth and profitability within the kitchen
• Ensuring full compliance with Food Safety and Health & Safety standards
• Training, developing, and inspiring your team

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in a senior chef or food production leadership role
• Strong organisational and delegation skills
• Commercial awareness with a passion for growing sales
• Excellent knowledge of food safety and health & safety legislation
• A hands on leader who thrives under pressure
