Completed in 2020 the new build is in the style of a traditional Hampshire farmhouse - treating guests to great food and drink in a wonderfully relaxed setting. Dog friendly, as every great pub should be, the Holly Blue occupies a commanding position at the gateway to a growing new community.
We are looking to appoint a new Head Chef to lead the team in this amazing high energy kitchen.

Previous experience and knowledge of leading operations in a managed pub or restaurant service is a big advantage.
