Head Chef - Pan-Asian Kitchen New Opening, Accommodation

Collins King is seeking an experienced Head Chef to lead a new contemporary Pan-Asian restaurant opening in early 2027. Based in the north of the UK, the role offers accommodation if required and sponsorship may be available for candidates already in the UK.

You will drive exceptional standards, delivering an authentic Japanese- and Chinese-focused menu while mentoring a 10+ chef team and ensuring robust stock, labour, and HACCP compliance.
