Overview

Compensation
  • Base Salary: Up to £47,000 per year depending on experience
  • Tronc: Estimated between £7,500 - £10,000 annually. Our tips are shared equally across the team based on hours worked.
  • Bonus: Up to £5,000 additional bonus potential
  • Overtime Pay: Get paid for any hours worked beyond your contracted hours at your normal hourly rate - no pre-approval required.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Head Chef or senior kitchen leadership
  • Strong leadership, coaching and mentoring abilities
  • Ability to manage high-volume kitchen while maintaining quality and consistency
  • Knowledge of from-scratch cooking and a passion for delivering the Cosy way
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Flexible availability to work shifts, including weekends
