MCG Recruitment is proud to be partnering with an exciting, fast-growing restaurant brand as they launch a brand-new site-and we're looking for a bold, driven, and highly skilled Head Chef to lead the kitchen.

Role

Head Chef - You'll take full ownership of the kitchen-leading your team, driving standards, and ensuring every dish that leaves the pass is consistently outstanding.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead & Inspire: Recruit, train, and motivate a high performing kitchen team
• Deliver Food Excellence: Maintain exceptional quality and consistency across every dish
• Health & Safety Leadership: Ensure full compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
• Operational Control: Manage service flow, prep, and ticket times in a fast paced environment
• Stock Management: Oversee ordering, stock control, and supplier relationships
• Team Development: Coach and develop your team through strong leadership and clear communication
• Perform Under Pressure: Stay calm, focused, and effective during busy service periods

About You

• Experienced Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a high volume kitchen
• Strong leadership and team development skills
• Passionate about quality food and consistency
• Highly organised with solid operational knowledge
• Resilient, hands on, and solutions focused
