Head Chef - Luxury Dining Leader

Rosewood London is seeking a Head Chef - Holborn Dining Room to lead the kitchen operation of one of London's most celebrated dining destinations, ensuring exceptional food quality, consistency and guest satisfaction.

Reporting to the Restaurants Head Chef, you will develop the kitchen brigade, drive food cost control, manage stock and purchasing, and collaborate with F&B, Stewarding and Purchasing to deliver a luxurious guest experience.
