We're recruiting on behalf of a beautiful hotel and events venue near Chippenham for an experienced Head Chef to lead the kitchen team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a chef who enjoys a mixture of restaurant service, weddings, and events, while leading a team and maintaining high standards across all areas of the kitchen. The venue hosts regular weddings and functions alongside its day-to-day food offering, providing plenty of variety throughout the year.

- Train and mentor junior chefs
- Ensure consistency, presentation, and guest satisfaction at all times
- Work closely with front-of-house teams to deliver seamless events and service
- Experience as a Head Chef or strong Sous Chef ready to step up
- Background in hotels, weddings, events, or fresh food hospitality
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Good understanding of stock control, GP management, and kitchen operations
- Passion for quality food and guest experience
- Ability to perform under pressure during busy functions and events
