Head Chef - Lead the French Brasserie Kitchen

Côte Brasserie in Newcastle upon Tyne is seeking a passionate Head Chef to lead the kitchen of our bustling French brasserie. This role offers ownership of menu development, team leadership, and delivery of exceptional seasonal dishes that reflect the heart of French cuisine.

You will take responsibility for kitchen operations, food costs, hygiene and staff development, while inspiring a dedicated BOH team and collaborating closely with FOH to ensure guest satisfaction.
