Head Chef - Lead Military Kitchen, Flexible Hours & Growth

Sodexo is seeking a Head Chef at Dalton Barracks, Abingdon, to lead culinary operations for high-volume production in a military dining environment. You will manage a kitchen team, plan menus, maintain safety standards, and ensure quality meals for personnel.

You will oversee shifts, control stock, and collaborate with FOH to deliver excellent service while training staff and upholding Sodexo standards. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong organization and communication skills.
