Liberation Pubs & Bars in the Channel Islands seeks a Head Chef to lead a busy kitchen, deliver exceptional dishes with high quality and safety standards, and motivate a talented team. You will inspire and mentor the team, manage menus, stock and costs while ensuring guest satisfaction.
