Head Chef - Lead a High-Standard Kitchen & Team

Loungers seeks a hands-on Head Chef for Brunello Lounge to lead a busy kitchen, drive high standards and build strong teams. You'll own the kitchen, recruit and coach staff, and ensure top-quality dishes leave the pass. A clear development path and progression opportunities await within our growing brand.

You'll manage GP, labour, stock and food safety KPIs, while collaborating with front of house to foster a true one-team culture. Experience at Head Chef/Sous Chef level is ideal.
