Head Chef - Lead a High-Performance Kitchen

Loungers plc is hiring a full-time Head Chef to lead the kitchen at Fosforo Lounge, a brand-new site within our growing hospitality group. This is a hands-on role for an experienced kitchen leader who loves real cooking, building teams and running a kitchen like it's their own.

You'll take ownership of the kitchen, recruit and coach your team, ensure menu standards and food quality across every service, and drive improvements to hit KPIs and GP while delivering great guest experiences.
