Head Chef - Lead a High-Impact Kitchen Team

Greene King is seeking a Head Chef to ensure the kitchen runs smoothly during busy services and to inspire and support a high-performing team. You will drive quality, consistency, and teamwork across the kitchen, delivering dishes to the highest standards.

In addition to leading the kitchen, you will uphold food safety and hygiene, train junior staff, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. The role is based in a busy pub/carvery environment within the Greene King portfolio.
