Head Chef - Kind, Nutritional Kitchen Leader in Care Homes

HC-One is recruiting a Head Chef to lead in our dementia, nursing, residential and specialist care homes in the UK. You will inspire the kitchen team to prepare high quality, nutritious meals that meet dietary needs, cultural preferences and wellbeing goals.

You will manage stock, budgets and orders while upholding food safety standards such as HACCP, and collaborate with central teams to maintain nutritional excellence in a well organised kitchen.
