Head Chef - High-Volume School Dining Leader

Sodexo is seeking a Head Chef to lead the flagship Core Feeding operation at Wellington College in Berkshire. You will manage a large kitchen team, deliver 800 evening meals daily, and drive excellence, safety and cost control across a high-volume education catering environment.

Working with the Executive Head Chef, you will shape daily dining for students and staff, develop menus, mentor shifts, and embed premium hospitality within an independent school setting.
