Head Chef - Employee-Owned Hotel Kitchen Leader

Alfa Holiday Group is seeking a Head Chef to lead the kitchen at The Norfolk Royale in Bournemouth (BH2 6EN). The role is circa 45 hours per week over 5 days, including weekends and split shifts, with a salary of £45,000 per year.

You will manage all hotel kitchen operations, deliver a set weekly menu, supervise the kitchen team, and maintain food safety and cost controls while preparing meals from fresh produce for coach guests.
