Brighton College is seeking an experienced Hospitality Head Chef to lead the kitchen operation across our award-winning hospitality venues on site in Brighton. You will inspire a team, deliver exceptional food experiences using seasonal ingredients, and manage cost controls for high-profile events and daily operations.
