Head Chef - London - 55k plus bonus

Do you want to lead the culinary team as Head Chef of one of London's most prestigious and famous venues?

I'm looking for a Head Chef who possesses the following:

• Experience within a multi-faceted operation
• The ability to manage 4 kitchens and a BOH team of 25
• Strong retail (cafe/restaurant) experience
• Strong events experience
• Passionate about designing and creating bespoke menus
• Strong understanding of food, allergens and health & safety
• A passion for working with fresh, seasonal produce

All candidates applying for this Head Chef role must have been in a similar level Head Chef position within the last year.
