Head Chef - Care Home Nutrition & Team Leadership

Brendoncare is seeking a Chef at Stildon to prepare nutritious meals for residents, with attention to swallowing consistency. You will cook for around 45 people daily, manage stock, and help plan seasonal menus with residents.

The role includes rota oversight, team training, and keeping a clean kitchen with HACCP/COSHH compliance. Excellent IT skills (Excel/Word/Outlook) and Level 2 Food Safety are required, with Level 3 to be completed during probation.
