Head Chef - Care Home Kitchen Leader & Menu Architect

TLC Care is seeking an experienced Head Chef to lead and manage the kitchen at one of our care homes in Greater London. You will oversee hot and cold food production, cater to dietary requirements (Kosher, Halal, vegan, vegetarian) and ensure high standards of cleanliness in line with EHO regulations.

You will recruit and train kitchen staff, develop seasonal menus, and manage orders, stock, and food costs within budget while maintaining a strong focus on food safety.
