Head Chef - Care Home, Balanced Hours & Team Lead

crooton is seeking a passionate Head Chef to lead a kitchen in a Workington care home. You will deliver hotel/restaurant standards with full autonomy, creating nutritious, flavoursome menus and developing your team.

You must hold City & Guilds/NVQ/SVQ or equivalent, have HACCP and COSHH knowledge, and excel at resident engagement. Working 4/5 days with alternate weekends, there are performance bonuses and various staff perks.
