Head Chef - Airport Catering Leader with Growth & Perks

Mount Charles Group is recruiting a Head Chef to join the Belfast International Airport - Northern Quarter site. The role requires producing high-quality meals, reviewing seasonal costings with the General Manager, and ensuring HACCP and safety compliance.

You will work in a team, maintain hygiene, and deliver consistent service across shifts from 3:00pm to 22:00pm, 40 hours per week, 5 out of 7 days. The company offers holidays, pension, and development opportunities.
