Head Bartender - Lead Craft Cocktail Program

Soho House Farmhouse (Main Barn) is seeking a Head Bartender to oversee bar operations, train junior staff, and develop innovative beverage menus, ensuring premium service for members and guests.

You will lead by example with strong mixology skills, product knowledge, and guest service, while maintaining stock, cleanliness, and compliance with licensing laws and health & safety standards. This role reports to the Bar Manager and is central to the Club's elevated service culture.
