Head Barista 
kōhmi. is a new coffee and matcha shop focused on great coffee and warm service, hiring a Head Barista.
Location: 4 Adam's Ct, Old Broad St, London EC2N 1DW, UK
About the RoleAs Head Barista, you will set the tone for the shop, ensuring the quality of coffee and the warmth of the experience we create for our guests. You will lead day to day operations, working closely with the founders to bring our vision to life.
Responsibilities- Lead the daily operations of the shop, including opening, closing, and ensuring smooth service.
- Prepare and serve high quality coffee, matcha, and other drinks to a consistently excellent standard.
- Create a welcoming, calm atmosphere for every guest.
- Supervise and support the barista team, helping them develop and maintain our standards.
- Manage stock, place orders, and keep the shop well organised.
- Shape workflow and service to improve the overall guest experience.
- Act as a trusted point of contact when the founders are not on site.

- Proven barista experience, with strong technical skills in coffee preparation.

- Experience managing or supervising in a café or hospitality setting.

- Ability to work quickly and smoothly, interacting and serving guests with warmth.
