Head Barista - Lead Coffee Coach & Team Builder

The Cornish Bakery is seeking a Head Barista to lead our coffee standards, train the team and create a warm bakery experience at the heart of the community.

You will coach colleagues, dial in espresso settings, maintain quality and equipment care, and deliver exceptional drinks and customer service while supporting bakery operations. Full training provided in a friendly, values-driven environment.
