Head Baker & Team Leader - Train & Inspire

GAIL's Bread in Greater London is seeking a Head Baker to lead and train bakery teams, ensuring high-quality bread and cakes and strict food safety. You will manage proving, baking, and displays, driving great execution and setting standards across shifts.

With early starts around 5:30am-6:30am, you will be a positive role model, organise teams, communicate clearly, and maximise your bakery's potential while delivering consistently excellent products.
