Job Description
Required Skills & Experience:
  • 8-10 years of experience in Oracle HCM / HRMS (EBS)
  • Strong experience in Oracle EBS Payroll (UK Payroll) and Absence Management
  • Proven experience in support projects, including troubleshooting and bug fixing
  • Strong technical skills in:
    • Oracle PL/SQL
    • Oracle Forms & Reports
    • XML Publisher / BI Publisher (preferred)
    • Fast Formulas
  • Good understanding of Oracle EBS architecture (R12 preferred)
  • Experience in debugging payroll processes and resolving production issues
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
