Harvest & Packing Farm Operative - Outdoors, Overtime

Berry Recruitment are seeking Temporary Farm Operatives for a busy Agriculture business near Downham Market. You will harvest produce, prepare and accurately fill produce boxes, with duties conducted outdoors and involving manual physical effort. Shifts can be long (10-12 hours) with potential overtime and occasional weekends.

Some locations may require own transport; role weather dependent and could become long-term. The pay rate is £12.71 per hour and recruitment is inclusive and fair.
