Main Purpose of job:

The role includes doing sales quotations, taking sales orders and following up on sales quotations and supporting production.

In this role, you will support the Sales, marketing and field team with the overall aim of increasing sales and creating sales opportunities.

To research, identify and track sales opportunities for the company in the Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland and the UK Market.

This is a key position within Hartecast and is office based. It is a permanent full time position.

The Person:

The candidate should be a natural "hunter" and "go getter" and be motivated by a desire to win new business, be able to work on their own initiative, have a flair for sales and marketing and have an understanding of customer service.

• Following Sales Opportunities
• Generate quotations and respond to customer enquiries by phone and email
• Scheduling of Site Meetings for Sales Rep
• Marketing our products to potential customers eg. Landscape Architects and Local Authorities
• Research, Identify and track sales opportunities
• Maintain regular contact with our customers
• Maintain and update CRM system (ACT by Sage)
• Organising marketing newsletters/campaigns

Knowledge, Skills and experience required:

• 3rd Level Degree in Sales/Marketing/Digital Media
• Efficient Computer Literacy essential
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential
• Self Starter
• Experience with customer relations desirable
• Sales & Marketing Experience
