What you will do- Complete reactive and planned maintenance tickets to SLA- Carry out basic plumbing, carpentry, decorating touch-ups and fixtures- Prepare voids and Airbnb turnovers alongside cleaning teams- Photograph completed works and update the job system- Escalate complex trade issues promptly- Keep the van stocked and present Bluelink professionally on every visit What we offer- Van, fuel card, phone and core tool kit- Varied daily work across a busy portfolio- Support to grow into specialist trade pathways What we're looking for Proven multi-skilled maintenance / handyman experience Competent in basic plumbing, carpentry and decorating UK driving licence and clean, customer-friendly manner Able to work independently and manage a daily job list Right to work in the UK; DBS preferred for residential access CSCS card - advantageous Our interview process1.
