Hands-on Test Manager & Automation Lead

Ascent People Ltd is seeking a Test Manager for our Northampton office. The role involves leading a small test and QA team while still applying hands-on testing to ensure quality across upcoming releases.

You will collaborate with the Head of Development and Environment Manager to optimize testing processes, implement automation tools, and drive performance and load testing. A strong background in commercial software testing and SDLC is essential.
