Hands-On Team Leader - Primary Pack Operations

Rayner Surgical Group in Worthing is seeking a proactive Team Leader for the Primary Pack area to oversee daily production and drive performance on the floor. You will lead a team of Production Technicians, combine hands-on work with leadership, and ensure targets, quality and GMP compliance are met.

The role requires strong technical knowledge of the production process, attention to detail, and the ability to coach and develop staff while implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
