Hands-On Talent Lead: Build Our Global Hiring Engine

White Circle is seeking a hands-on Talent Lead to own the company's hiring function. You will personally drive hiring, build scalable recruiting processes, track performance, and collaborate with the Head of People and hiring managers across GTM, Ops, Research, and Product.

You will lead international hiring across the US, EU, UK, and other markets, build strong sourcing channels, and develop a candidate experience that represents White Circle well. Fluency in English is required.
