Hands-On Sous Chef: Lead High-Volume Catering Operations

Chartwells Independent is seeking an experienced, hands-on Sous Chef to lead our catering operation in a fast-paced, structured environment. You will be on the tools, support your team, and deliver high-quality meals while managing daily feeding and function activities.

You will lead a 12 strong team, ensure food safety and presentation standards, control stock and budgets, and drive continuous improvement in service delivery.
