Hands-On Site Manager - Waste Processing & Safety

Panda Recycling UK is seeking an experienced Site Manager for our Barkston processing facility. This senior role is hands-on and requires visible leadership across a fast-moving, multi-shift operation.

You will own safety, compliance, plant performance and people leadership on site. The Site Manager - Barkston will actively drive the recycling strategy, maintain regulatory compliance and ensure safe, efficient and commercially viable operations across the site.
