Hands-On Production Technician - Learn, Build, Pack, Ship

The Panther Group is seeking a Production Technician to join our client's manufacturing team in Franklin, MA. This position supports day-to-day operations by preparing workstations, handling and moving materials, operating production equipment, and assisting with assembly and packaging of finished products.

Ideal candidates are dependable, hands-on, and comfortable on a production shop floor. Training is provided; prior manufacturing experience is welcome but not required.
