Hands-On Poultry Farm Lead

Avara Foods is looking for an Assistant Farm Manager at Derrings Lane Turkey Farm, Tholthorpe, near York. The role combines livestock management, people leadership and site administration to maintain bird welfare, biosecurity and farm performance.

Working closely with the Farm Manager, you will manage day-to-day farm operations, lead a small team, and help drive continuous improvements in welfare, safety and compliance across site operations.
