Hands-On Maintenance Manager - Club & Pool Plant

Burhill Group Limited is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Manager to oversee facilities, plant and compliance across a busy leisure venue in Dartford. You will lead a team of Maintenance Assistants, coordinate preventive maintenance, reactive works, and ensure high standards of safety and presentation.

You will manage contractor relationships, keep detailed records, support duty managers, and implement cost controls and a five-year plan for building maintenance.
