Hands-On Hotel Ops Leader F&B Focus & Guest-First

UNO Thames Hotel in Maidenhead is seeking a hands-on Hotel Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day operation of our 37-bedroom waterfront property, featuring two restaurants and bars.

This is not a desk-based management role; you will be on the floor, close to the team and to our guests, leading by example with visible ownership of the operation.

The position offers autonomy within a flat management structure and real opportunities to progress within the UNO Hotels group.
