Hands-On Horticulture Instructor for Student Labs

Capel Manor College is seeking a Practical Instructor in Horticulture to deliver hands-on teaching, demonstrations and support for students across specialist programmes. You will help prepare practical sessions, resource materials and assessments, ensuring equipment and plant material meet high standards.

The role requires enthusiasm for sharing knowledge, safe operation of tools & machinery, and the ability to work independently and within a team across campuses.
