Hands-On Front-of-House Lead Restaurant Service

Stamford Social is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to support the General Manager in leading day to day front of house operations of our all day restaurant. This hands on role requires floor presence, guiding service during breakfast, lunch and dinner, training staff, maintaining standards and building a strong service culture as part of the opening team.

You will oversee shift execution, guest experience, and ensure operational readiness while coaching the team and handling guest
