Hands-On Floor Production Manager - Growth & Efficiency

Catalyx is seeking a Production Manager to join our team in Longford on a permanent basis. This hands-on role leads floor operations, working closely with Engineering, Quality and Procurement to drive safety, quality and delivery.

You will optimise planning, drive continuous improvements and develop frontline leaders as our manufacturing volumes grow, ensuring processes and systems scale with demand.
