Hands-On Financial Controller for Hardware Scale-Up

OLIX in London is seeking a Financial Controller to lead the control, reporting and accounting engine during a pivotal growth phase. Reporting to the CFO, you'll own month end close, production accounting, payroll, capital and equity, ensuring numbers are accurate and auditable.

This is an early, hands on hire to stand up a finance function; you'll help select and roll out an ERP, establish strong controls, and work with engineering and manufacturing to keep data flowing cleanly into accounting.
